Publication Ethics

The Kyrgyzstan Journal of Global Pedagogical Science (KJGPS) is firmly committed to upholding the highest standards of publication ethics and takes every possible measure to prevent any form of academic misconduct or publication malpractice. The Editorial Board bears full responsibility for ensuring the integrity and transparency of the editorial process. Unethical behavior, including plagiarism, data fabrication, and multiple submissions, is strictly prohibited.

All submitted manuscripts must be original, unpublished, and not under consideration elsewhere. Authors, reviewers, and editors involved in the KJGPS publication process are expected to adhere to the Committee on Publication Ethics (COPE) Code of Conduct for Journal Editors and the COPE Core Practices, which are accessible at http://publicationethics.org/resources/guidelines.

Section A: Publication and Authorship

  • All manuscripts submitted to KJGPS undergo a rigorous double-blind peer-review process by subject-matter experts.

  • Evaluation criteria include originality, academic rigor, relevance, significance, methodology, and clarity of expression.

  • Editorial decisions may include: acceptance, acceptance with minor/major revisions, or rejection.

  • Resubmission after revision does not guarantee acceptance.

  • Rejected manuscripts will not be reconsidered.

  • Submissions must comply with all applicable legal standards concerning defamation, copyright, and plagiarism.

  • Simultaneous submissions to multiple journals are strictly prohibited.

Section B: Authors’ Responsibilities

  • Authors must confirm that their work is original, has not been published before, and is not currently under review elsewhere.

  • All listed authors must have significantly contributed to the research and preparation of the manuscript.

  • Authors are required to participate in the peer-review process and respond to editorial requests in a timely manner.

  • Any errors or inaccuracies discovered after publication must be promptly reported to the editorial office.

  • All data presented must be real, accurate, and properly cited.

  • Authors must declare any conflicts of interest and acknowledge all sources of financial support or institutional backing.

  • Any use of plagiarized or manipulated content will lead to rejection or retraction of the article.

Section C: Reviewers’ Responsibilities

  • Reviewers must treat manuscripts as confidential documents and refrain from sharing or disclosing content.

  • Reviews should be objective, constructive, and respectful, avoiding personal criticism.

  • Reviewers are expected to highlight relevant literature not cited by the authors.

  • Any suspected ethical issues or duplication must be reported to the editorial team.

  • Reviewers must avoid conflicts of interest and recuse themselves if there is any association with the authors or their institutions.
